This is a beautiful piece. This piece is not marked but originally had a made in Spain clear sticker. I found 2 pieces online that are exact dimensions and design, color etc. it has a beautiful brushed look. I do believe this is recycled glass and from late 1990’s.  
Vase has no chips, cracks, or damage.  11 inches tall and 12 inches at widest point.
